Import an SVG to begin.

Setup Units ModePlate shape

Body / wall settings (mm)

Keeps the imported size and fits the wall inward. Never reduces thickness below Min. wall. Each imported SVG may have different stroke widths or physical units.

Body = one straight, uniform wall with open top and bottom. Acrylic outer surfaces are flush with both ends. Supports sit inside, behind the panels. Wall thickness applies to the full body. Wall height sets the full distance between the top and bottom wall ends. Wall thickness always offsets inward from the artwork contour; the outer outline and Logo width stay fixed. Plate fields above apply only to the plate modes.

Acrylic (mm)Enable acrylic

Zero clearance makes the panel touch the wall’s inner contour. Positive clearance creates a real gap in preview and STL/3MF. Previously saved projects keep their clearance until you change it.

Fit enables both parts, resets acrylic height and Z offset to automatic placement, and keeps Logo width unchanged. If clearance is insufficient, reduce Wall thickness or Acrylic tolerance.

Calculated width (mm)—

Acrylic follows the wall’s inside contour: artwork inset = Wall thickness + Acrylic tolerance. Increasing wall thickness reduces the fitted panel size; acrylic thickness sets the flush panel depth. Top and bottom panels share the fitted contour; supports sit behind their inner faces. Height is editable; 0 uses the maximum fitted height. Smaller heights preserve contour proportions. Both exterior faces stay flush with the wall ends.

Stoppers (mm)Enable stoppers

Contour / XY placement

Placement is relative to the main object's fitted contour. Top/Bottom/Left/Right here select XY edges; each creates supports at both Z ends. Count is per side, evenly spaced. Custom X/Y sets the first stopper center; spacing moves subsequent centers along X. Every selected position gets paired internal supports: beneath the top acrylic and above the bottom acrylic. Full contour includes the outer edge and all openings.

Stoppers and acrylic

Stoppers retain acrylic inside channel letters. Select Channel letter in Setup, or use the Stoppers toolbar button to switch modes and open the settings.

Build plate (mm)Printer preset

The blue rectangle in the 3D view is your build plate (centered at the origin, where the model sits). Models larger than it get a warning and an export prompt. Set width or depth to 0 to hide it.

Objects (0)

Untick to hide an object. The depth box overrides global depth. Click a name to move it (X/Y) or lift it (Z lift). Negative Z lift sinks it into what is below (shells overlap, not fused).

Main-object STL fuses the wall and stoppers into one continuous shell, with no internal contact faces. Acrylic is excluded. Acrylic SVG is a fitted 1:1 cutting contour in millimetres; top and bottom panels share this outline. Filename: project_width×heightmm_acrylic.svg.

STL stores no units. Files are always written in millimetres (1 STL unit = 1 mm) and the size is in the filename. Colors are not stored.
