Use email blocks for editable message content
Use Email Studio when a message needs paragraphs, buttons and a responsive content structure. Build the message from its supported blocks, preview the layout at narrow and wide widths, then export the HTML. Keep important information as actual text wherever practical so recipients can read it when images do not load.
Graphic Design is useful for creating visual assets such as a banner or promotional illustration. Its image-based email export preserves artwork appearance as an image inside an HTML wrapper. That does not make the artwork’s individual text objects editable in an email campaign editor. Keep your design project if future artwork changes are needed.
Plan how exported images will be delivered
A local preview can load files from the export package that a remote recipient cannot access. When moving HTML into your sending platform, upload images through that platform or place them at public HTTPS URLs you control, then confirm that the final image references resolve without your local files.
Do not point an email image to a private editor session, a file on your computer or an expiring file-manager URL. Check alternative text and provide a useful text explanation for essential information. A plain-text version of the message helps recipients whose clients do not display the HTML as intended.
Check links and mobile behavior
- Replace sample names, dates, destinations and support details with your real content.
- Confirm each button and image link opens the intended public destination.
- Review the message on a narrow screen and check that text remains readable without horizontal scrolling.
- Import the HTML into the actual sending platform and send yourself a test.
- Inspect the received message in the email clients your audience uses, with images both enabled and blocked.
A browser preview is only one check. Email clients have different rendering capabilities, and inline SVG support varies. Use a broadly supported raster image for essential visual content when needed, and avoid depending on a visual effect that has not been tested in your target clients.
Exporting is separate from sending
Pexure Email Studio currently provides a design and export workflow; Gmail and business-email sending integrations are not enabled. Use your own email service to deliver the finished message, manage recipients and meet that service’s requirements.
Retain the exported package and the editable source. Before a campaign, check the final received email rather than relying on an earlier preview. Changes made by the sending platform, especially rewritten links or image hosting, can affect the delivered result.
